Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your order details. If it doesn’t arrive, please check your spam folder, or reach out to us at sales@wellnessterritory.com.
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST will be processed the same day. Orders received after this time will be prepared the following business day.
Processing Time
We carefully prepare each order within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) to ensure every product is packed with care.
Delivery Time
Once your order is shipped, it should arrive within2-6 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location. And good news—standard shipping is free on all orders!
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If anything arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, we’re here to help. Please email us at sales@wellnessterritory.com with a photo, and we’ll make things right.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, reach out to us at sales@wellnessterritory.com before it ships. Unfortunately, once an order is dispatched, we can no longer cancel it, but you can return it once it arrives.
