What size is the window tub?
73 in L × 33 in W × 27 in H (the supplier's large size), with a transparent acrylic window.

Does the tub include the chiller/heater?
Yes. Every tub includes a chiller/heater that cools and heats the water; it is not a paid option. In default mode the temperature can be set from 3 to 42°C (about 37 to 108°F), with a 2°C upper/lower deviation.

How do I control it?
Controls are Wi-Fi enabled through the Tuya Smart / Smart Life phone app. The app needs a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network; 5 GHz is not supported. The chiller/heater panel also shows cool/heat status, a defrost indicator and a water-flow readout.

How long does set-up take, and how do I look after it?
The supplier lists about 20 minutes, in two steps, indoors or outdoors. A drain apparatus is included that lets you switch the drain from the chiller/heater to a hose fitting. Clean up debris regularly, replace the filter element when it swells or becomes dirty, and never run the chiller/heater without the filter element. The manual includes an error-code table and a weekly maintenance schedule.

What is included?
The tub with window, the chiller/heater, 1 headrest and a 3-month supply of non-chlorine chemicals, plus the drain apparatus. The manual lists a user manual, a warning label, 8 rubber seals, 2 water pipes, 2 filter elements, an aluminum filter set and a plastic wrench. The wet basin is included only if you choose “With wet basin”.

What does the wet basin do?
The wet basin is an optional accessory: an acrylic basin with PVC treads. It is added by choosing “With wet basin”; the chiller/heater is included either way.

What is the lead time?
Manufacturer lead time is typically about 4–6 weeks; we confirm timing at quote.

What warranty is included?
A 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. It is not transferable to a new owner. Cryo Innovations repairs or replaces defective systems or components at its discretion. Abuse or misuse (including dropping the unit and screen damage caused by the user) and unauthorized repairs or modifications are not covered.
