Space, power and setup
Measure your doorways, hallways and sauna room before ordering, and check that your room volume falls inside the heater's recommended range. Electrical requirements depend on the heater rating and your supply, so have a licensed electrician confirm voltage, breaker and wire size against Harvia's installation manual. Keep the clearances to walls, benches and ceiling that the manual lists, and buy sauna stones and any separate control unit as needed. Cilindro pillar heaters are floor-standing, and the open stone surface lets you pour water along the sides for softer steam or on top for more intense bursts.
