How the Quest30 is built
Magnetic door, Bayer windows
The door closes magnetically, and a door-close sensor allows operation only when it is fully closed. The Bayer polycarbonate windows are double-layered with an air gap.
Choose 1.5 or 2.0 ATA
The 1.5 ATA build adjusts from 1.2 to 1.5 ATA, and the 2.0 ATA build adjusts from 1.4 to 2.0 ATA. A pressure switch valve selects the level.
Automatic slow depressurization
If power fails, the chamber releases pressure automatically and slowly, then the door drops down. Dual pressure gauges, precision regulators and an emergency release button add further safety.
