Space, power and setup
Measure the floor space and ceiling height for the 86 x 52 x 78 in footprint, and leave room to open the door and move around the cabin. TheraSauna lists a 120V / 20A outlet; have a licensed electrician confirm that your circuit meets the requirement and install an outlet if needed. A cabin this size can be harder to move, so check doorway widths, stairs and the delivery route before it arrives.
