The package lists an upgraded 110 L air compressor, a 10 L oxygen concentrator, a reinforced stainless-steel internal frame (described as about twice as thick as the standard frame), a mattress with bolsters and a washable mattress cover, a power remote control and a power-failure safety alarm.

What a session looks like

Lie down on the mattress, zip the chamber closed and start the air compressor. The chamber inflates to the pressure you set (about 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 or 1.5 ATA with the adjustable regulator) while oxygen is delivered through a mask or cannula, so you can rest, read or listen to music. A remote lets you operate the compressor from inside, and automatic quiet relief valves keep airflow steady. When the session ends, pressure is released gradually and you unzip and step out. Soft chambers pack down for storage and transport, so plan a flat area of floor at least as long as the chamber, room beside it for the compressor and concentrator, and a nearby grounded outlet. Can I start at a lower pressure?

Yes. An adjustable pressure regulator lets you set the chamber to about 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 or 1.5 ATA, so you can start low and step up to the 1.5 ATA maximum.

Do I need to buy oxygen cylinders?

No. The included 10 L oxygen concentrator makes oxygen from room air, so there is nothing to refill.
