The Cryospring Cold + Hot Plunge System pairs an insulated inflatable tub with a Wi-Fi-enabled 1 HP chiller built around a Hitachi rotary compressor. You can set the water anywhere from 37°F to 107°F from the splash-proof control panel or your phone. A self-priming pump, two-stage microfiltration and an integrated ozone generator keep the water moving and sanitized between uses. It comes in CryoBlue or Black.
Best for: Households and small studios that want a ready-to-run cold and warm plunge without sourcing a tub and chiller separately.

Space, power and setup
Set the tub on a flat, level surface within reach of an outlet, connect the quick-connect hoses and fill it from a garden hose. The chiller is the same 1 HP unit sold separately as the Portable Ice Bath Chiller. It runs on standard 110 V power with built-in GFCI and is listed for indoor or covered outdoor placement. The tub is light when empty (about 21.5 lb) but very heavy once filled with up to 135 gallons, so choose a spot that can support the load. Cold immersion is not suitable for everyone: talk with a healthcare professional first if you have a medical condition, and never plunge alone.
