Cryospring Portable Ice Bath

Inflatable ice bath tub that needs no power and packs into a backpack

The Cryospring Portable Ice Bath is a drop-stitch inflatable tub with an air-gap insulated body and a rigid locking lid, made for the classic fill-with-water-and-ice approach. It measures about 59 in × 32 in × 27 in without the lid, holds up to roughly 135 gallons and fits up to two adults. The tub uses no electricity, inflates in about two minutes with the included pump and drains through a standard garden hose.

Best for: Home users, travelers and small studios who want a flexible ice-bath setup they can store between sessions, with room to add a chiller later.

Space, power and setup

Choose a flat, level spot, unroll the tub and inflate it, then fill it with water and ice. When you finish, drain it through the supplied garden hose adapter and pack it into the included backpack. At about 21.5 lb empty the tub is easy to carry, but it is extremely heavy once filled, so pick a spot that can support the load and has a safe path for drainage. It is designed for indoor or outdoor use. Cold immersion is not suitable for everyone: talk with a healthcare professional first if you have a medical condition, and never plunge alone.
