Portable inflatable cold plunge tub with insulated walls
The Dreampod Flex Ice Bath is part of the Dreampod Ice Series. It uses inflatable, paddle board-style construction for quick setup and rigid support, with foam-insulated walls, a double hull GRP base and a textured anti-slip floor. It is designed for people who want a cold plunge at home without the bulk of a traditional tub.
Best for: Home users who want a portable, budget-friendly cold plunge tub that can also pair with a hot soaking tub for alternating hot and cold sessions.

Space, power and setup
The Flex is inflatable and portable, so setup is quick and it can be moved or stored when not in use. The product data we hold does not list exact dimensions, water capacity, weight or power requirements, so please ask us for those before you measure your space. Plan for a flat, level surface that can carry the weight of a filled tub, a safe path for filling and draining, and enough room to get in and out comfortably. Cold immersion is not suitable for everyone: talk with a healthcare professional first if you have a medical condition, and never plunge alone.
